There's a call with DSSNI on 6/15 to discuss how GPC will respond to cohort
characterization.

Thanks,
Laurel

Thank you all for expressing GPC's interest in the data characterization
queries. With 10 sites/DataMarts, I think the upcoming meeting will serve as
the optimal forum for discussion regarding GPC's next steps and lead DataMart -
I'm sorry if the emails yesterday caused confusion.

I am very glad to hear that Jeff's presentation on the DSSNI/CDRN call was
helpful! If you need any more information, please let me know. We look
forward to working with you as we roll out data characterization SQL code!
Please feel free to share my email with the appropriate GPC team members.

Best,

Jessica

Hi Jim,

Thanks for expressing the GPC's interest. We have been in communication with
the coordinating center and the DSSNI through Jessica and as you thought we do
have a call set up to discuss these issues with them on Monday june 15. You
should have the invite from Casie Horgan who works with Jessica and so let me
and jessica know if you don't.

>From what we learned on the DSSNI-CDRN call on Monday, it sounds like they'll
>be rolling out the formal data characterization package later this month,
>having been in beta testing at 2 sites, although due to the magnitude of
>running 55 or so CDRN nodes, they'll be looking for one site per CDRN to
>volunteer in this first round. I'll be pursuing some internal GPC discussions
>over the next week leading up to the call in preparation, and I think we can
>make arrangements with Jessica on the 15th regarding site and schedule for the
>query.

Catch up with you soon.

Bob

Jessica
I believe that UNMC and Marshfield met with your people several weeks ago
indicating we were hoping for DCQueries for testing. Does not Bob Greenlee
have a meeting arranged for what we thought was followup? GPC is eager to
proceed with testing.
Jim
