The clarity.med_dispense table’s EXT_MED_ERX_ID is the clarity medication_id for the row so we simple brought over the fact as MED:medication_id into our i2b2 observation_fact table. It doesn’t give us the NDC codes so it’s probably not CDMv3 compatible, but it does allow us to query based on the medication.
