In our June 18 meeting (ticket:265#comment:7), we discussed a few
variables beyond breast cancer diagnosis for comparison between the EMR
and tumor registry:
- stage
- receptor status
- treatment
- chemo
- surgery
- radiation
- endocrine or hormonal therapy
We already have a breast cancer diagnosis in a
[wiki:DataRepositoryManagement#gpc-ont GPC standard ontology], but it's
not clear that we do for these others.
