At last week's gpc-dev call Hugh reported problems running DataBuilder due to the size of the result-set and I recommended that sites with more than 20k patients limit the eligibility dates to a more restrictive range than in the query I sent out such that their cohort shrinks to around 20k, and doing it in such a manner as to still include the most recent patients.

I said something along the lines of "I'm almost certain that Dr. Hale is okay with this, but I will double check with him". He wrote back and told me he agrees with limiting the cohort size by restricting the date-range, with preference to more recent years/months.

So, every site other than KUMC should go ahead and restrict the date-ranges on their cohort selection queries and then run the databuilder queries with the new and smaller patient-sets otherwise as specified in ticket #254 (https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/ticket/254), GPC Obesity Query v1.3.pdf <https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/attachment/ticket/254/GPC%20Obesity%20Query%20v1.3.pdf> <https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/raw-attachment/ticket/254/GPC%20Obesity%20Query%20v1.3.pdf>

Thanks.
