 DRN's instructions were to change the password, but they didn't say how.

 Tried a couple different things...

 I am unable to log into the PopMedNet tool using the password they sent
 via email.  So I followed their instructions and clicked "Profile" in the
 tool and then "Change Password" and received error above.

 When I tried your workaround, using the Password Reset functionality, I
 got this error.  I guess I won't be running an IBQ any time soon.  Looks
 like this functionality is still broken.
