This is complete. I've submitted 9 CSV files.
There were two sets of instructions for the PopMedNet IBQ submission. One
on the wiki and one in a PDF, so hopefully I followed the correct one this
time, since there are only two. Hopefully I'm following the correct set
of instructions this time. If not, please assign back to me.
The SQL files are also not consistent, in that some have column headers,
and some do not. I submitted "as is", meaning whatever the queries had in
them.
Closing for now.
