Subject: Diagnostic and Data Characterization timelines

 Good afternoon,

The DRN OC team was made aware that a memo from Rachael Fleurence, sent on
behalf of the PCORnet Executive Committee, was sent to all CDRN PIs last
week. This memo set forth an accelerated timeline for all DataMarts moving
through the Diagnostic Query and Empirical Data Characterization steps. As
such, I have updated the timeline, here:
 https://pcornet.imeetcentral.com/p/aQAAAAACnLBq for when we anticipate
sending each partner the Diagnostic Query. It is then assumed that upon
successful completion of the Diagnostic Query, the Data Characterization
Query will be sent. Please review this timeline for all of your partners
that have not yet progressed through this process and let me know if you
have any concerns by March 10th.

 A few important notes:

 1. The memo states that additional time can be provided for partners that
are new to Phase II, but that this must be discussed with both the DRN OC
 and Maryan Zirkle.

 2. All requests for extensions must be communicated to Maryan Zirkle.
