Nebraska ran the diagnostic query against our CDMV3 today and received
back only data formatting issues which we are correcting. Data quality in
Prescribing and Lab_pro_cm are compromised due to the fact that we have
limited order data extracted to i2b2 and we are building all CDMV3 off our
deid instance of i2b2. All result data and prescription instances are
otherwise accurate. 15 tables exist, all required are populated but at
this time 9 tables do not meet all requirements. Data report included.
Should we submit this to Duke or wait for a rerun of the diagnostic query?
