WISC received the data characterization query on 4/13 last week.
I don't believe anyone in GPC is running the SAS queries on Netezza, but
just like the diagnostics query, we received errors after the query was
spinning for several minutes. There is a line of code I added to the data
characterization query to stop processing when it hits one error at a
time. Thought this might be helpful to others.

We're still on track to have the query finished by 4/26. KUMC, please be
aware of the issues I post about on GitHub for CDM v3 code.
