Which table(s) are you having trouble with in particular? I count 8 in https://github.com/SCILHS/scilhs-ontology/tree/master/MetadataLoader/MetadataFiles
There are 9 files listed there, but two of them are demographics (one for Oracle, one for SqlServer). The i2p-transform documentation<https://github.com/SCILHS/scilhs-ontology> seems to be a bit inconsistent. It says meds and labs aren't covered, but I think the code does handle them.
