Dan

There are fifteen tables in CDMV3, at least 12 should be represented in the V3
extract plans. In particular, PRO_CM, LAB_PRO_CM, DISPENSING, PRESRIPTIONS,
CONDITION and DEATH come to mind

Which table(s) are you having trouble with in particular?

I count 8 in
https://github.com/SCILHS/scilhs-ontology/tree/master/MetadataLoader/MetadataFiles

There are 9 files listed there, but two of them are demographics (one for
Oracle, one for SqlServer).

The i2p-transform documentation<https://github.com/SCILHS/scilhs-ontology>
seems to be a bit inconsistent. It says meds and labs aren't covered, but I
think the code does handle them.

I suggest you raise an issue at https://github.com/SCILHS/scilhs-ontology/issues

Subject: SCILHS metadata

Can anyone tell me where to get a copy of SCILHS metadata that is up to date in
support of CDMV3? The 1.52 copy on the SCILHS site only has 7 tables supported.
