All, A small clarification. The word document that Tamara McMahon shared was missing the additional exclusion criteria that have been added recently. Attached is the updated search criteria document. The query on babel that Tamara was referring to earlier is the updated query and has the new exclusion criteria included. Please refer to Shared\ADAPTABLE\ADAPTABLE_WO_NCDR_04182016 on Babel.
