Hi Dan, There is NOT the expectation to begin enrolling patients while IRB agreements aren't in place. Iowa is still serving as the lead IRB, and has not yet been granted full board approval (application went in on 3/1/6, and dialogue is ongoing). I believe this note was included in the slide set just to verify when patients can begin being enrolled. For everyone's awareness, the patient portal went live this morning.
I am attempting to organize a call between Sravani, Russ, and Gary Rosenthal to have develop a more concerted plan for dev team roll-out of this project. We hope this will happen in the next to weeks. Finally, I am just about to send out a brief update to all individuals that were listed as part of the study team members on the recently returned delegation logs. This update will include remaining tasks that are needed for ADAPTABLE launch. If this would be helpful to send to the dev team listserv, please let me know. Thank you! Sravani, have you started on that? Meanwhile, I'm having trouble understanding some parts. How should I read " First ADAPTABLE patient enrolled" while the IRB stuff isn't in place? Or perhaps some site has contracts and IRB in place sufficient to enroll a patient? -- Dan ________________________________________ From: GPC Informatics [[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, April 19, 2016 1:16 AM To: Brittany Zschoche; [email protected]; Sravani Chandaka; Dan Connolly Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [gpc-informatics] #384: ADAPTABLE teleconference records #384: ADAPTABLE teleconference records -----------------------------+-------------------------------- Reporter: bzschoche | Owner: lswander Type: problem | Status: new Priority: minor | Milestone: adaptable-accrual Component: data-sharing | Resolution: Keywords: adaptable-study | Blocked By: Blocking: | -----------------------------+-------------------------------- Comment (by lswander): '''Highlights from Data Strategy Call (4.8.16)''' In addition to the 7 core CDM tables CDRNs must also have populated by July 2016: • LAB_RESULT_CM • DEATH • DISPENSING or PRESCRIBING Patient Portal User Acceptance Testing (April 13-16, 2016) Patient Portal Go-Live (April 18, 2016) First ADAPTABLE patient enrolled (Portal URL: AdaptablePatient.com) Reminder: Contracts and IRB approval must be prior to enrollment Timeline (cont.)
