Hi Abu,

Q4 should be based on subset of Q2.
Thank you,

Mei

HI Mei,

For Q4, the query is subset of Q2 but it seems that the query LEA-Q4-ALL in
babel has been implemented as subset of Q1. Which once is correct?

Subject: GPC Feasibility Query: National Diabetes Amputation Prevention Study

All,

The GPC received a feasibility request from Dr. Mei Liu for a National Diabetes
Amputation Prevention Study. It consists of 18 queries (6 queries repeated for
3 different race groups).

The queries are located on Babel at Shared\LEA. Attached is a description of
the inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Submit the patient counts via this
survey<https://redcap.gpcnetwork.org/surveys/?s=YC99YTYRLH>. Deadline is
6/28/2016.

The following institutions have DROC approval and can submit their site counts
and survey at any time.

Iowa
Nebraska
UTSW

The following sites do not have DROC approval yet. You can work on the counts
but please do not submit until approval is in place for your institution.

Indiana
KUMC
Marshfield
MCW
Minnesota
Missouri
UTHSC-SA
Wisconsin

The following sites are not required to run the query.

CMH

We can discuss any questions regarding this request at the next GPC-Dev call or
contact Mei Lui (copied). As this is a prep-to-research query, there is no
anticipated reimbursement for running these queries.
