I'm getting pretty close to an all-JVM DataBuilder. The plug-in queues to
the database rather than the filesystem and running a job would be
something like `ant run-job -Djob_id=123` (perhaps from jenkins or cron).
The `run-job` task would use ant's Sql task to run
