I worked through a few deployment details. I can now deploy the plugin-ui
and .war, but they don't talk to each other: apache reverse-proxy isn't in
place.
- 9b77160 akka 2.4.0 jar used v 52.0 i.e. java 8 but our target platform
is java 7
- 17bb06e package DFBuilder.zip inside builder-plugin.zip including ant
deploy support
- 959b7e1 get PM cell URL from existing i2b2 config
- 36f63f all-jvm plugin config using javascript (instead of patch)
