Tony, George, I'm interested to have you try this mini builder. You just
- make a timeline (patient set, concepts) and grab the debug XML
- `ant -f run-builder-job.xml timeline2job ...` to queue the job
- `ant -f run-builder-job.xml run ...` to run the job and get zip'd CSV
The only installation/deployment step other than unpacking this zip file
is to add a few columns to some of the `QT_` tables.
