When I download the data only as CSV, it seems to work. As they're simple 2 an 3 column tables, I hope that's not too much of an inconvenience.
That's a pain that SQL export doesn't work. I don't know why not. Oh... we're evidently not the first to encounter this problem; http://serverfault.com/questions/203863/phppgadmin-exporting-empty-sql-dump -- Dan ________________________________ From: [email protected] [[email protected]] on behalf of French, Tony [[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, August 11, 2016 6:16 AM To: [email protected] Cc: Hood, Daniel Robert Subject: Re: NAACCR ETL KUMC folks: I’m trying to use the babel SQL IDE to download the structure and data for who.topo, t_item, tcode and t_section, as mentioned below, but the downloaded files are empty. Is there another way to get a copy of those tables? The loading scripts also rely on tables such as who.topo; you can get these who.X tables from the babel SQL IDE<redir.aspx?REF=4_S1Q6AoDNwtUOxCEk9ttsCNfVRk-bcwUkpnbeDo4zhntljn4cHTCAFodHRwczovL2JhYmVsLmdwY25ldHdvcmsub3JnL2RiLWlkZS8.>. Likewise, you can get the t_item, t_code_, and t_section tables from babel under the NAACCR schema: Thanks, Tony From: Tony French <[email protected]<redir.aspx?REF=KBVI9l1RdmE6BQgPpkdhgdss2tTF2eoEnxnoByfH7Otntljn4cHTCAFtYWlsdG86YWRmcmVuY2hAcmVnZW5zdHJpZWYub3Jn>> Date: Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 6:12 AM To: "[email protected]<redir.aspx?REF=4URkamBXZ3LiUyf3d3GNsBezKUFNIFBAqHhopoYq7D9ntljn4cHTCAFtYWlsdG86R1BDLURFVkBMSVNUU0VSVi5LVU1DLkVEVQ..>" <[email protected]<redir.aspx?REF=4URkamBXZ3LiUyf3d3GNsBezKUFNIFBAqHhopoYq7D9ntljn4cHTCAFtYWlsdG86R1BDLURFVkBMSVNUU0VSVi5LVU1DLkVEVQ..>> Cc: "Hood, Daniel Robert" <[email protected]<redir.aspx?REF=Wp32F9uQsOsQP97TzZ42OTqR2CF0EilNySZvbhxs1ABntljn4cHTCAFtYWlsdG86ZGFuaG9vZEByZWdlbnN0cmllZi5vcmc.>> Subject: NAACCR ETL Does https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/NAACCR_ETL<redir.aspx?REF=8UokItHU-21nnqPsHukixK11TwQIwhWEVSM-j4ddyLdntljn4cHTCAFodHRwczovL2luZm9ybWF0aWNzLmdwY25ldHdvcmsub3JnL3RyYWMvUHJvamVjdC93aWtpL05BQUNDUl9FVEw.> still reflect the latest information/version for running the NAACCR load, including summary of treatment?
