I was now able to upload the per-medication results from UNMC.

per-medication into RedCap, rxcui values

OK, all relevant UNMC meds are in the project
codebook<https://redcap.gpcnetwork.org/redcap_v6.11.5/Design/data_dictionary_codebook.php?pid=64>
 as well.

I don't suppose I took the shortest path to the target...

The data dictionary was originally built by querying the meds from gpc_terms on
babel. So I used unmc_terms instead, figuring that would subsume gpc_terms. But
it doesn't. So I took the union of them.

for reference:

https://github.com/kumc-bmi/bc_qa/blob/rc_codebook/bc2_collect/rx_choices.txt

p.s. I didn't even need my laptop. I just used pythonanywhere
<https://www.pythonanywhere.com/> on one of the public-use computers here at
the Kauffman center.

Subject: UNMC -- BC survey -- issue with rxcui values for importing
per-medication into RedCap, rxcui values

Hi,

Looking for insight into the following problem. When I try to import my
per-medication CSV files into RedCap, I get errors relating to the "rxcui"
values.  Specifically:

378861
847229
847262
897121
1298947

I have these documented to mean (I think I have this right, can double-check as
needed):

378861 ==>
NPH INSULIN HUMAN RECOMB 100 UNIT/ML SUBCUTANEOUS SUSPENSION

847229 ==>
INSULIN GLARGINE 100 UNIT/ML (3 ML) SUBCUTANEOUS PEN

847262 ==>
INSULIN ASPART 100 UNIT/ML SUBCUTANEOUS PEN

897121 ==>
LIRAGLUTIDE 0.6 MG/0.1 ML (18 MG/3 ML) SUBCUTANEOUS PEN INJECTOR

1298947 ==>

PERTUZUMAB 420 MG/14 ML (30 MG/ML) INTRAVENOUS SOLUTION
