I don't suppose I took the shortest path to the target... The data dictionary was originally built by querying the meds from gpc_terms on babel. So I used unmc_terms instead, figuring that would subsume gpc_terms. But it doesn't. So I took the union of them. for reference: https://github.com/kumc-bmi/bc_qa/commits/rc_codebook/bc2_collect ba2a302 https://github.com/kumc-bmi/bc_qa/blob/rc_codebook/bc2_collect/bc_meds.csv https://github.com/kumc-bmi/bc_qa/blob/rc_codebook/bc2_collect/rx_choices.txt p.s. I didn't even need my laptop. I just used pythonanywhere <https://www.pythonanywhere.com/> on one of the public-use computers here at the Kauffman center. -- Dan ________________________________ From: gpc-dev-boun...@listserv.kumc.edu [gpc-dev-boun...@listserv.kumc.edu] on behalf of Campbell, James R [campb...@unmc.edu] Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 2016 2:03 PM To: Pedersen, Jay G; gpc-dev@listserv.kumc.edu Subject: RE: UNMC -- BC survey -- issue with rxcui values for importing per-medication into RedCap, rxcui values >From the looks of the medications that fail, I suspect the version of RXNORM >may need updating.
