Bill Riedl of U.C. Davis has worked through the kinks for delivery to
REDCap using the all-JVM branch:
REDCap delivery still uses python code with non-trivial dependencies (esp.
SQLAlchemy), but it no longer needs to connect to your i2b2 database from
python, so `cx_Oracle` is not needed.

- `fbc632e` IOPath.open() mode arg must be named
- `a0927c2` oops: more pathlib fixes
- `5708e1b` more ocap.lafile to pathlib
- `98d268d` oops: left-over fullPath from ocap.lafile
I'm attaching `seine-databuilder-0.5-6402ad53491f.zip` to DataBuilder.
