Dean and company from DevTeams#uthscsa report trying to use the new code
and hitting various issues, starting March 09, 2017 3:22 PM.
Our email conversation is getting diminishing returns; I just tried him by
phone without luck. Some gpc-dev call time (perhaps after the formal
meeting adjourns) would be good, but our 28 March meeting is cancelled, so
it might take as long as two weeks (4 April).
