Jeff Your organization has to purchase the contract with your medication terminology manager. We use FDB and they offer an interoperability module which supplies the maps for Meaningful Use compliance. If you are using FDB, check the Nebraska ETLs for medications (prescriptions and Surescripts dispense records) which we posted on the Epic Userweb.
