We've started to receive feedback from DRN OC on Cycle 2, Refresh 1 data
characterization.
Eight sites have received feedback; waiting to hear if there is anything
for the remaining four.
Here's a list of themes received by one or more sites:
- Incorrect CDM version in HARVEST table. Please update to the current
version, 3.0.
- Incorrect DATAMART_NAME in HARVEST table.
- the % of encounters without a principal diagnosis was calculated
incorrectly in the EDC report.
- Future Dates - enrollment date after refresh date
- ICD9 diagnosis codes do not appear to be valid codes
- ICD10 diagnosis codes do not appear to be valid codes
- Data coded as ICD9 after the ICD9/10 transition dates in the Diagnosis
and Procedures tables.
- Orphan Encounter IDs (if the encounter appears on a data record, it's
expected to exist in the Encounter table)
We will want to make corrections for Refresh 2 (to be distributed April
3), if possible.
