Iowa Issues
4) Future Dates - enrollment end date (July 2016) after refresh date
(June 2016)
--Currently reviewing logic to see why this happened
7) Data coded as ICD9 after the ICD9/10 transition dates in the Diagnosis
and Procedures tables.
--We have a plan to resolve this issue
8) Orphan Encounter IDs - if the encounter appears on a data record, it's
expected to exist in the Encounter table
--We are in the process of overhauling our encounter/visit logic as to
prevent this issue (and many others)
9) Dispensing records in DataMart_All, but nothing in Dispensing DC
--Need clarification as to what this means.
