While running QA on some of our Query 3 data, I found a note that said
that
CPT 88342 was replaced in the 2014 coding cycle with
HCPCS G0461 and G0462 for reporting Immunohistochemistry testing. I
checked our PROCEDURES tables and found a dozen more records. You should
research these and decide if you want to add to the query3 results
