#630: KUMC shrine.keystore broken on prod spoke server and SNOW SHRINE test hub

Each site built certificate keystores for both hubs for future maintenance
and failover reasons, on their spoke server(s). After verifying
certificates on all connected KUMC servers, I noticed that the
shrine.keystore for the prod spoke and test hub is broken.
See /opt/certs/test-hub/shrine.keystore on blobfish for reference.
This is not critical we fix today, but if our SNOW SHRINE prod hub is ever
under maintenance in the future, we'd like to make sure KUMC can query
other sites. In which case, this would need to be fixed.
