Hi Brian, I talked with Dan about this a little at the LEC. Our plan was to zip the SAS datasets that we use for running PCORnet queries and send them via the KUMC Secure FTP site for RCR. We would likely need to add a processing step to ensure that the correct study IDs were sent.

So we are hoping to issue guidance on these platforms and the running option seems to be CSV file format. Is anyone aware of standards issued by PCORnet that may address the preferred means by which CDM files should be exported for eventual consumption by SQL?
