Hi,

We are attempting to use the historic R Data builder plugin,

installed about 4 years ago. It has worked for us in the past

but is now doing something we don't understand.

In the past, this resulted in a JSON file being created on our de-identified
server in

   /var/log/data_builder/queue

For example:

  /var/log/data_builder/queue/2016-04-12T15:10:30.023156-jay.pedersen.json

This did not appear to occur today when we tried this.

Attempt #2. Attempt from firefox browser

When I use firefox to try this, I see the following error

  error from back-end:
  error:mismatched tag: line 262, column

Attempt #1. Attempt from Chrome browser

We don't see an error in the client, but ..

In the system error log we see the following message at the same time

we are attempting the request:

[Tue May 15 14:08:22 2018] [error] [client 137.197.93.251] File does not
exist:
/var/www/html/webclient/js-i2b2/cells/plugins/fsm/KaplanMeierStat/assets,
referer: https://deid.rito.unmc.edu/webclient/

Final thoughts:

Thoughts on this? I think the firefox message is probably the more useful
clue, but that is just my guess.

Would there be benefit to moving to the updated Data Build code that Dan made
in Java a year and a half back or so?

If so, could we be pointed to useful documentation for installing it or get
help installing it?

Thanks!
