i know that OBS_CLIN is considered optional for data load this round but I just 
wanted to relay Nebraska experience with the new data tables.  I followed 
advice in the CDMV4.1 documentation which suggested that LOINC CLASS = 1 
observations should be loaded in LAB_RESULT_CM, CLASS = 2 in OBS_CLIN and 
CLASS=4 in PRO_CM.    Following this protocol, to my surprize, OBS_CLIN table 
was our largest, greater even that LAB_RESULT_CM.  We have had to allocate more 
disk to do our SAS dataset binding and have changed storage estimates for 
maintenance of CDM table history.  Size of a few of our tables as follows:

I left in the blood pressures, weight and height in OBS_CLIN which overlapped 
with VITAL since they only accounted for 47M facts and the types of data that I
