Maren,

I have confirmed that this worked well from the University of Utah CDM and 
generated the RTF file I would love to see.
There was one missing “;” from the code.
From KUMC, importing this code into your oracle system probably generated an 
error. The likelihood has been also corrected.

To re-run this, do I have to resubmit the DROC request? Or can you upload this 
to my existing request and send it out to GPC sites? Kindly let me know.
