Hi everyone, I have attached two revised SAS queries here to address the issue of low cell counts for the DROC #85 queries. There are two differences from the queries that were distributed earlier:
1. Diagnosis codes are grouped into major sites (which should have larger numbers). I suspect this will address most low count issues with the program that queries the standard CDM tables. The numbers for the tumor table query are likely to be lower, however. 2. There is a user defined variable that allows sites to determine the level of data suppression, defaulting to all counts <11. If only one count value is suppressed in a given table, the next lowest count is also blanked so the suppressed count cannot be calculated using the total. Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns… thanks very much! Can the SAS code be modified to mask counts less than 11?
