Maren found a recent copy of the GPC data sharing agreement. She writes: I do not see anything that necessitates suppression of low cell size for feasibility counts, but if sites want to then I think it is fair for them to limit it.

I'm struggling to find a path from Researcher Resources | Greater Plains Collaborative (GPC)<http://www.gpcnetwork.org/?q=ResearcherResources> to the current GPC data sharing agreement where I could find the exact policy on feasibility queries. Request #85 has * GPC's Datamart Feasibility Query (counts only) checked. In contrast, one of the other options says: * GROUSE Claims Environment Feasibility Queries (cell size >10) The fact that (counts only) doesn't say (cell size >10) suggests that low cell counts are allowed. I would think getting low cell counts requires a limited data request; none of the radio buttons says "limted". I guess the closest thing is GPC's Datamart Data Use (line-item data). -- Dan ________________________________ From: Gpc-dev <[email protected]> on behalf of McDowell, Bradley D <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, September 30, 2020 10:45 AM To: Osinski, Kristen <[email protected]>; Maren Lowrance <[email protected]> Cc: [email protected] <[email protected]>; [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: RE: [External] Re: [GPC-DROC] GPC DROC Request Submission #85 Hi Kris, Thanks for looking at this so quickly! I should be able to adapt some existing code to suppress low counts. Are we certain, though, that this is required under the DUA for GPC sites? We did not suppress low counts for the O’Rorke query that was distributed a few months ago, and I believe the DRN OC requires no suppression for Front Door requests that they distribute. I’ve seen code for queries from other sites that did not include suppression, but it could be that low counts were not an issue for those. As I said, I can certainly adjust the code to do this, but I just wanted to see if there is any way we can confirm this is an issue for queries that are done within the GPC (especially for identifying potential partners on a funding application). Can the SAS code be modified to mask counts less than 11?
