too inefficient ; would need to ask the practice manager , who will start trying to find blame, and it's not an urgent problem yet,

as the patient won't be back for 3 - 6 months , easier just to ask this list if someone has come across this problem and

knows the solution. If not , then will try export / import ( not difficult now, even if export won't work through the original gui).
