1) I know you've been a beta tester and I suspect you've avoided a lot of
the issues some of your colleagues face.

2) Do you want some 3rd party templates? I know they'll work for you in BP
if they work in MD.

3) The need for a 'liveupdate' facility was something that the guys from
HCN told us [Sydney Divisional IM&T people] was in the pipeline back in
December 2004.

1) Fortunately there are no issues. Changing from 1 provider to another can
be very dangerous. Yet there were none. If you visit the site
www.bpsoftware.com.au you'll see that a lot of new users are not IT experts
and they found the cnversion, setup & using BP very easy.

2) Various devisions have made similar templates available, but if I need
some, I'll contact you.

3) With dbf in MD3 there cannot be a live update. I'm sure in 10 years time
MD3 will have removed the dbf - thus another major change needed, and then
live updates may become a reality. At present for me it is a reality. I
still remember the 1st time I used it - excited but scared - but it went
faultlessly.
