But that's allright, whatever they fancy -  as long as they save their 
documents in openly published formats (such as RTF, HTML, PDF etc.) whenever 
they intend to exchange these documents with other parties who haven't 
explicitly consented to receiving proprietary *and potentially harmful 
virus / Trojab bearing) data formats

People need to be educated about that, especially those using taxpayers money 
while using such product and causing more public expense (and nuisance) by 
disseminating such stuff
