Noooo! *Never* wind back native resolution on a TFT screen! Everything becomes blurry that way. Instead, use your higher resolution for crisper images and text and help those myopic colleagues by simply choosing larger default / system fonts. On my KDE desktop in Linux, it's a single configuration menu to do this, and I believe in Windows it's the same. I often demonstrate the effect on my 1920x1400 TFT screen side by side with a 1024x768 - I actually display the same document in the same metric size with apparent same font size - on the 1920x1400 it looks as crisp as printed on bright white paper and is a joy to read, whereas on the 1024x768 you wonder how you ever could put up with this pixellated blocky blurry crap.
