The plan would be, once a stabilised and documented framework and internal API 
exists
(that's a big "once" I know) it's possible to define modules with very 
restricted
requirements and functional domains. Obviously the core modules (prescribing, 
demographics,
progress notes) are still too big for student projects and largely indivisible, 
but stuff
like an obstetric module, for instance, may be small enough.
