[GPCG_TALK] Batch file

Can any of my computer superiors help me here?
I'm trying to automate the use of Argus and Locum together.
What I want do is have a batch file which moves all the text files
(*.txt) from c:\test2 folder to c:\test2.
What would be the code for this?
