Exactly. Sounds like she is a bit unkeen on doing her own admin - surely it cannot take long to add a day's transactions on MYOB. If she wants your staff to do it charge her extra AND let her sign a disclaimer that you/your staff don't take any responsibility for data that is lost due to computer mishaps, etc. T
