I'm going to let the next post from Ross through, but can I suggest
that next time:
attachments are not sent to a mailing list, rather posted to a
website (you can use ozdocit.org for this if you don't host your
own), and a link posted, to cut down on bandwidth pollution.
and;
that proprietary document formats are first converted to standard
ones that are not platform specific. HTML is an ideal format for
presentation documents.
