I *know* what it means...!  What I was interested to know, and remain 
interested to know, is what John told the patient it means.  This is a question 
that will confront all of us now and then (that is, how do we explain this 
diagnosis to patients, e.g. when we have to write it on their Centrelink 
forms), so I am hoping to learn from John.
