data matching is a very powerful tool to control the citizenry - think 
what would happen if it was in the hands of a government with the 
morality  and ideology of the National socialist party.
What is the endpoint to such endeavors? A totally rigid dystopic 
society where every misdemeanor or crime no matter how trivial is 
detected and punished, (you guys in Victoria know about that when it 
comes to speed cameras), And what about the injustices brought about by 
errors?
With great power must come great compassion and responsibility.
