David, could you change "publishing" to "enabling me to publish" and  
include everyone you are likely to offend, then send me a signed copy?

I don't see any fault in what Thinus posted - just a childish over- 
reaction to a bit of criticism that should have been taken as an  
opportunity.

Thinus was not the only one to receive a threatening letter.
