This license agreement appears like a standard intellectual propeties

but then adds the extra contractual obligation for the purchaser near

behaviour of a purchaser would be to think this is a standard software

gee, that sounds suspiciously like a deceptive business practice... i
wonder who is responsible for authorising the website content ?
unless of course it was just poor design and oversight
but i expect we won't know unless there are leeches applied
