As best I can tell - PCT/AU02/00299 failed. Report of 04/Jul/2003 Catherine Rees 02-6283 2811 - Contact Officer.
I have been told.....
It would appear that the preliminary application has failed, because of a lack of "novelty and innovation".
The document I have been faxed seems to confirm this - but I am no patent lawyer! I think the whole thing is moot at this point. Others can help.
