Govt may well threaten to have pharmacies in Coles
The point is that may be what they want anyway. The fact that the
pharmacy guild has any leverage with this issue is scandalous

It would appear that the preliminary application has failed, because
of a lack of "novelty and innovation".
The document I have been faxed seems to confirm this - but I am no
patent lawyer!
I think the whole thing is moot at this point. Others can help.
