We use Canon LIDE 20's on the doctor's desk for casual scanning during consultation (copies of patient notes etc; the bulk is done up at reception).
We have a new LIDE 20 that has a different threshold when used with MD. I can't find anywhere that we can "dial in" a different threshold, without going for full custom scan. Any ideas ? Googling etc has not been helpful ...
