ArgusConnect has adopted Subversion for source code version control.
Since this supports a simple Web interface, I plan to make the source code for our current release available within the next week or so. The source code on the HOWF website (http://argus.healthopenware.org.au/) is hopelessly out of date and should be ignored by serious developers.
