I stated incorrectly that the release you see is 4.1.3. It is actually
the source for version 4.2 (due Sep/Oct).
At present it does not contain any Web Service calls - these will
follow (relax: basic data transport will still use SMTP).
After verifying the licencing rules, we have added a new Library under
trunk/projects/Libs/XYLayout named XYLayout.jar
It contains Borlands XYLayout.class and XYConstraints.class.
We have changed ArgusServer, ArgusMail, Argus Agent to use this new
library.

I used eclipse to browse and reconstruct the source dependencies.
e.g. New , Project, Import From Existing Source ; Build Path ,
Configure , Add External Jars;
this time I tried using Add Project to Build Path, and started with the
JAF package,
then Argus Shared, then Argus Server etc as separate projects.
The Borland XYLayout seems to be missing again , is it , in the Libs
directory ?
At svn://ozdocit.org there is a argus hack tree that has a substitute
XYLayout . It's not a perfect hack,
as there seems sometimes to be a little offset in layout, possibly due
to border height/widths, but I'm guessing.
I think this is about the only Borland dependant code, and if XYLayout
was substituted
by the Argus programmers, it would be a useful step in increasing the
availability of
the source code, as not everyone wants to go out and buy JBuilder just
to play with/hack/propogate argus
(unless there is a perpetually free community edition of Jbuilder that
has XYLayout, is there ?).
